To make a return, please follow the steps below:

Obtain a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number on your return package.
Packing and Return: Place the product and all accessories in a package with the return authorization number and return the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method: 9235 Dawnfields Dr, Houston, TX 77064
Keep proof of mailing: Please keep the proof of mailing so that you can track your return.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a refund notification within 7-10 business days.

The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer unless the wrong goods are sent or the product is defective.
